The "This is not a registered ID" prob
I'm having this problem, this evening when i tried login in, i met up with the error: "This is not a registered ID" twice - mind you, my id and pwd is correct - only on the third attempt was it successful. This carried on occasionally as i dc/re-login. I wonder anyone met up with the same prob?

Maybe they fixed their case-sensitivity finally. You are typing it with caps if there are any, right? I realize that it /does/ work without them, but it might be the problem. :/

Re: The "This is not a registered ID" prob
you mentioned that you dc, that means server is laggy.
it has nothing to do with caps.
whenever we hit the 'login' button,
our computer will send and receive msg from server.
the server is divided to 3 parts.
1st part is login.
2nd part is channel.
3rd part is world.
however, the login server might receive wrong msg and return us 'the id is not registered' when lag happends.
this is probably caused by noise upon sending and receiving.
so whenever you got these stupid msg or saw your char are all gone,
dont ever try to click create, just re-login and see again.
note that simply creating a character in such situation might make your data screwed <_<
