i can't login at all~

i download .55 full client already and also paste the patch to maplestory file already but i still cannot log in... ....it shows a small window and says unable to connect to log in server..either you are not online or maple going through server check...please check the maple story homepage for more information....but i go to maplestory website it doesn't say server check for now...so , is the server problem or my problem?? any pro can help me solve this matter??? ....i launch file by bat. file also cannot~oh my god!!!!!!!

It's either the server was down or you don't have the most updated nettie MapleStory client. You may want to check your internet to see if you're well connected or if your firewall etc. isn't blocking nettie MapleStory.

i turn of my firewall already and also cannot get through...is the problem of xp and vista?? because my computer is window vista not xp...is this problem??if not..what's the problem??? how can i check whether is server down or is my computer problem??? and also latest patch??where can i get???and i download the .55 full client also need patch??? .55full client is not the latest one??? vitamin , you have to help me ya...

oh hi well yea it is down for now so dont worry bout it too much the homepage did mention its down for testing pets she probably forgot to put it back up before sleeping

erm..can i know why when i click the nittieFJmaple then will blink a window(inside the window is black color one,whole window is black) then disappear again??can i know why???

The DOS box should disappear immediately, and Maple will start up then. The site says the server is offline for me but there are people on, so you can give it a shot. Not sure if it will work.

This is a problem that originates from the official MapleStory client itself, if you run the compatibility program for the official client it should work, there's more information on this on the Global MapleStory site itself.
