NPC on changing Hairstyles and Face

I suggest having an NPC at the FM to change hairstyles and face, like V.I.P Coupons, we get to choose the hairstyle/face we want, and of course, pay a higher fee then the usual VIPs.

That may be troublesome and I think that the hairstyle and face that you desire is not available yet.

Last I knew that face was only available in Ariant. It may be EXP somewhere else but I'm not entirely sure.

Plus I don't think it's EXP, went EXP hair-changing spree, but didn't get it

Anyone know where there are list of face and eye list o.0 i know hidden-street has hair list but no eye or face>.<

There aren't any experimental eyes, so just go from town to town and talk to the N.P.C.'s to see which one has which.

U guys just need to go database to search for the desire hairstyle/hair colour/ face/ eye colour and check which town izzit avaible. Simple huh =\

Edit: but for the hairstyle u wan... is found in database but location is not stated.

Then nettie , have a NPC at a certain location to change all types of hairstyles or faces
Then link the place to fredrick for a high fee
Those stuck in their chairs, are growing and the chair became too small for them
