I doubt Power Elixers will be sold ever, those potions heal both bars to maximum, so selling them would be way too rigged.

welll iono if i should tell ppl but if u go to horntails cave from the boss warper and then use teh crystal to exit then u clcik on the dino guy the lets u in the cave and he sells power eliexers
