Can't go to cash shop anymore

I keep getting this error everytime i go to cash shop and when i try to buy nx i still dont get any and lost 100m for nothing

wait until it says nx has been purchased before exiting cs.

i have 900 left after i leave cs then later when i get back i dont have any left even after buying another 7000 still 0
CS is pretty much disable for me

maybe you shld try to buy the nx before logging in to the server

Like i said this happen before i bought nx, so in the end i cant use cash shop no matter what
